Remember, it doesn’t matter how deep into a posture you go – what does matter is who you are when you get there.” ~ Max Strom

Yoga is not about self-improvement, it’s about self-acceptance.Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa
Yoga develops physical strength and defines and tones muscles, streamlining the body & stretching tight ligaments, opening up areas of tension to enable blood to flow, unblocking energy channels & restoring vitality to the body & mind, leaving you looking & feeling fantastic!
Breathe & Relax …
How often do you catch yourself holding your breath? It is our subconscious fear reaction to stressful situations. Yoga teaches breathing techniques, relaxation & meditation to help calm the body and mind, strengthening character and the ability to deal with stressful situations in a healthy, effective way.
Through breath awareness we can slow down the mind, release tension & anxiety and remain calm and collected no matter what circumstances or situations we find ourselves in.
