One-to-one personal yoga sessions and training programme designed to meet your specific needs and requirements.
These sessions will help to focus & deepen your practice, ensuring posture and breath are working correctly together and providing body alignment advice and assists to help you feel confident in the poses.
Yoga therapy, nutrition advice & mindfulness meditation techniques can be incorporated into each private yoga session to further help advance your practice. Trauma sensitive yoga can also be used to help heal old injuries, recover from emotional upset and to break through limiting blocks and beliefs, enabling you to move forward with your practice in a positive way.
Sessions can be booked individually or in blocks of 5 and class times can be arranged to suit your needs. Travel time will be priced accordingly.
Jo also offers one-off Intensive sessions to focus on particular areas of practice. Current sessions are:-

Group & Family Yoga Sessions
Discover Yoga together!
Group yoga sessions are great if you want to workout with friends or family and have a Yoga class created for you. Classes are for all ages & abilities and can be tailored to suit your needs.
These sessions can be used to target problem areas, work on injury & joint problems, assist development of strength & flexibility, learn breathing techniques to deal with stress & anxiety, and introduce mindfulness & meditation practices into daily life.
Sessions can be booked in groups of up to 6 people and class times can be arranged to suit you.
