Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga


Pregnancy Yoga classes, for a healthy pregnancy, offering classes to guide you through the stages of pregnancy and postnatal classes to help recovery after birth. The effects of pregnancy on the physical and energetic bodies are examined, as well as suitable Yoga postures and adaptations, mindfulness meditation and pranayama breath work. The emphasis is on safe, supportive and effective practice. Classes are adapted to suit the students’ needs.
