Jo combines online and in-person sessions to achieve the best possible results for all her clients and ensure an effective personal practice is achieved and maintained. Personalised video can be included alongside the sessions, tailored to your plan and providing the reference material you need to progress your home practice.
Jo has a background working in high level events, business and sport. She worked on the successful London 2012 Olympic Bid, representing Yorkshire & Humber, and has coached athletes and businesses at a high level to achieve outstanding results. Clients include Olympic Dressage team Mount St John Equestrian and Showjumping Champion, Jamie Gornall, Gornall Equestrian.

Yoga & Wellbeing Coaching
These sessions will help to focus & deepen your practice, ensuring posture and breath are working correctly together and providing body alignment advice and assists to help you feel confident in the poses. Pain management, posture alignment and strengthening work can assist chronic pain, fatigue and movement limitation. The sessions can address these issues and find the root of the problem to provide practical and effective solutions. Yoga therapy, mindfulness meditation and life coaching techniques can also be incorporated into each private yoga session.
Jo works with every client to develop an ongoing home practice and ensure you have the necessary tools, information and support to assist your progress. A home practice is key to Jo’s methodology and she is keen to ensure every client feels confident with their own practice.
