The Classes


Jojoba Yoga classes offer a unique blend of traditional & modern yoga, combining Hatha Yoga breath & posture work with dynamic asana flow, energetic kundalini kriyas & sport yoga practices. Classes are created to work into physical problem areas such as the core muscles, back, shoulders & arms and include the joints, the hips & legs, assisting problems such as tightness in the hamstrings, arthritis, repetitive strain injury & carpel tunnel syndrome. The classes incorporate many different elements of hatha yoga, developing strength and flexibility, maximising health & healing.


Jojoba Yoga 7 Week Chakra Yoga Course

An introduction to Hatha Yoga via the Chakra system, including many traditional & popular poses which are adapted according to individual needs and practice levels. Different poses are introduced each term so courses are varied and suitable for all ages & abilities.

Courses run at set times throughout the year and are small & semi private, ensuring individual attention & assistance. Mats, blankets and props are provided and all classes take place in a comfortable, private studio with changing facilities.

Courses are open to all levels & abilities.

Jojoba Yoga ImproversTuesdays 6pm (this class runs between the 7 Week Chakra Yoga Courses)

For students who have completed the 7 week Chakra Yoga Course & are looking to further develop their practice. These sessions will deepen poses worked on during the 7 week course and bring new poses into the sessions. Be prepared to challenge yourself!

Terms & Conditions – A £20 deposit is required in advance to secure a place on any of the Jojoba Yoga Courses (non refundable). Fees cover one session per week & are payable in full at the start of each course. Additional sessions can be arranged per week to cover any course dates missed (subject to space & availability). New students joining the course part way through will only be charged for the remainder of the course.
