Full Chakra Yoga Workshops

Following the release of her Chakra Yoga books, Jo brings together the contents of the books in these full Chakra Yoga workshops. Expect to be taken through the unique Chakra Yoga method, created by Jo, with yoga poses, breathwork and visualisation techniques as well as opening up to your own inner hidden energy resources, releasing stuck energy, awakening creativity and inspiration, and accessing greater energy for health and wellbeing.

Each workshop ends with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra relaxation session, a deep sleep meditation practice to aid sleep, promoting mental calm, inner peace and physical recovery.

Jo provides techniques to support the book and beyond, helping you to connect with your inner rainbow! Workshops are for all levels and abilities, including beginners. There are plenty of breaks throughout the workshops and refreshments are provided. Chakra journal & additional resources also included.
