How often do you catch yourself holding your breath? It is our subconscious fear reaction to stressful situations. Yoga teaches breathing techniques, relaxation & meditation to help calm the body and mind, strengthening character and the ability to deal with stressful situations in a healthy, effective way.
Through breath awareness we can slow down the mind, release tension & anxiety and remain calm and collected no matter what circumstances or situations we find ourselves in.
